Books purchased through this website are published by an independent printing company on a print on demand (POD) basis. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of said POD books meets with the rigid standards Terry Misfeldt has for printed materials. Given that we do not print said books, we intend to only sell new books which you purchase sight unseen and “as is”.

If a book you receive is damaged in shipping, please return the entire package to Brand Irons at 2353 Deckner Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54302-4408 to receive a replacement at no cost. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Failure to return the shipping envelope with the returned book voids any warranty. It is our intention to seek redress from the shipping company for damaged goods.

If you damage the book by spilling coffee or wine or something else on it, that is on you. If the book falls apart, as we have seen happen with poor binding procedures with POD books, we will replace it at no cost to you. Send an E-mail to coach@brandirons.com to explain what happened. We will want you to return the book that has been damaged due to poor workmanship or other defect. We want you to value any of our publications.
