Shipping your book requires a certain size padded envelope to protect the publication. We have elected to use United States Postal Service (USPS) envelopes that cost $2.19 each.

The cost of postage to mail the book to your destination is determined by the USPS on a case-by-case basis which may vary considerably by address. You will know how much actual postage was when you receive your book and look at the cancellation emblem.

We hope you enjoy the book you receive, so we offer your shipping cost at $2.05 per publication which is why our $14.95 book will be $17.00 when shipping and postage costs are added.
